Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said those who are involved in torching buses in different areas of the capital will be brought to book.

He made the remark while exchanging views with journalists at his residence in the capital on Saturday.

The Home Minister said, “Those who committed wrongdoings have not become successful but they will try to do it always. All those who are involved in arson attacks on buses will have to face the music.”

At least nine buses were torched in Dhaka on Thursday during the voting in by-polls to Dhaka-18.

Accusing nearly 150 persons in connection with incidents of torching buses in the capital, eight cases were filed as of Friday noon.
